FROM AUSTIN AND POINTS EAST

- If you're on I-35, go to the south end of Austin, and take Ben White West.
- If you're east of Austin (including "at the airport"), get on Hwy 71 and
  head west (about 5 mi) - as you pass under I-35, it becomes Hwy 290.

Take Hwy 290 West, also known as Ben White Blvd.  From I-35, this is a
divided highway.

About four miles west of I-35, Hwy 290 becomes a surface road.
Keep going, through two stoplights.

About a half mile after the second light, the road splits: The Oak Hill Y!
- Take the LEFT fork, staying on 290 (do NOT get on Hwy 71)
- There's a stoplight just after the fork
- Planet Fitness / Goodwill will be on your right

The FOURTH stoplight after The Oak Hill Y is Circle Drive
- Admire "Senor Buddy's" (formerly "Buddy's Corner Store")

ONE MILE (darn near exactly) after Circle Drive, on the left,
is a brightly lighted used-car-and-boat lot, "Hill Country Auto".
Directly across 290, on the right, is Eitel St.
TURN RIGHT!  (See below if you miss Eitel)
- At the top of Eitel is a dead end - turn LEFT onto Vikki Terrace
- IMMEDIATELY turn RIGHT onto Kay Lane

    Did you miss Eitel? Turn RIGHT at the Oak Springs Veterinarian Hospital
    (Geneva Pkwy).  At the end of Geneva, turn RIGHT on Vikki Terrace
    - The next LEFT is Kay Lane

At the end of Kay Lane is Michael Dale - turn RIGHT
- The first "driveway" is just a dirt lane - skip that
- At the mailbox marked 9913 Bent/Richter, turn RIGHT - that's us!


FROM WEST OF AUSTIN (outside Travis County)

Go east on Hwy 290, toward Austin (are you with me so far?)
About 8 miles east of Dripping Springs is a stoplight at Fitzhugh Rd

1.4 miles after Fitzhugh is a flashing light at a Valero gas station
A quarter-mile after that is the Oak Springs Veterinarian Hospital
Turn LEFT there, onto Geneva Pkwy
- At the end of Geneva, turn RIGHT onto Vikki Terrace
- Take the next LEFT onto Kay Lane

    Did you miss Geneva? Turn LEFT after the House of Oak, onto Eitel St
    (across from the brightly lighted used-car-and-boat lot)
    - At the top of Eitel is a dead end - turn LEFT onto Vikki Terrace
    - IMMEDIATELY turn RIGHT onto Kay Lane

At the end of Kay Lane is Michael Dale - turn RIGHT
